Welcome To Windsor Park
Established in the 1950s, the Windsor Park Neighborhood is a diverse community of families, young professionals, lifelong Austinites, and recent Austin transplants. Just six miles from downtown Austin, our neighborhood is brimming with wide streets, large trees, well-tended yards, and classic ranch-style homes — all just a short walk from dining, shopping, and recreation.
Within the Windsor Park neighborhood, residents enjoy a disc golf course, ball fields, picnic shelters, basketball courts, a splash pad, a newly renovated pool, and a library. Ready access to bike lanes and public transportation make for easy commuting.

- NOT TO MISS: We’ll be discussing the approval of a letter of support or a letter of opposition to a construction project at 6305 Berkman
- proposed new construction of 104 units of low-income rental housing. Structure Designs (local) and National Community Renaissance (CORE (national) are partnering non-profits that are in competition for three federal grants for affordable housing. There is a lot of conflicting information circulating and WPNA hopes that the meeting will provide some clarity. A letter of support or opposition before Mar. 1 would have an impact on the grant award. There may be a VOTE, so please be sure that you have signed in and look for the on-line voting after the meeting.
