Ready to get your hands dirty for a great cause? We have two fantastic opportunities coming up to help care for our local green spaces. Whether you want to help our trees at Bartholomew or help “level up” the amenities at Earl J. Pomerleau, we’d love to have your help!

Here are the details for our upcoming workdays:

1. Arbor Mulch-a-thon at Bartholomew District Park

Mulching is one of the best things we can do for our trees—it helps retain moisture and protects roots from the Texas heat.

  • When: Friday, March 7th
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Where to Meet: The parking lot at the corner of Berkman Dr and Greenbrook Pkwy (next to the splash pad).
  • Sign Up: Register for Bartholomew here

2. “Level Up the Park” at Earl J. Pomerleau Pocket Park

Join us for a morning of general park maintenance and improvements to keep this neighborhood pocket park looking its best.

What to Bring: For both events, please wear comfortable outdoor clothes and closed-toe shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle, sunscreen, and your favorite pair of work gloves (though we will have extra supplies on hand).

These workdays are a great way to meet fellow park-lovers and make a tangible difference in our community. Please sign up via the links above so we can have enough tools for everyone.

See you at the park!
