NOTE: The meeting will not be in the GYM, it will be in the Parlor near the main Sanctuary.
The entrance is the double glass doors just to the right of the main sanctuary at the front of the building on the north side. Park near the front of the parking lot near Berkman Drive follow the first side walk before the portico along the eastern face of the building to the double doors.
Highlights
At the May Meeting we’ll be:
- hosting our Neighbors from the Pecan Springs-Springdale Neighborhood Association
- hearing about and giving feedback on the Central Northeast Area Transportation Plan
- Voting on whether to sign and send a letter demanding that TxDOT pay for the necessary traffic calming measures to mitigate the extra traffic that they will be diverting through Broadmoor and Westmoor
- hearing about Cyclovia, a block party oriented toward cycling and safe mobility for all ages and what we need to do to support having that in Windsor Park.

May Events – National Bike Month
- May 9 10:00 AM WPNA General Meeting: focus Northeast Neighborhoods Small Area Mobility Plan and Bike Month
- May 15th 8:00 AM – 12:00: Bike to Work Day, Come visit the two refueling stations in Windsor Park: The Windsor Park Library (5833 Westminster Dr, Austin, TX 78723) and WPNA’s station at the corner of Greenbrook Parkway and Berkman Drive (near the splash pad)
- May 16th from 10 AM until Noon: Emergency Preparedness planning training and workshop – Hope Lutheran Church in the out building. 6414 N Hampton Dr, Austin, TX 78723
- May 18 Start of Early Voting in the Primary runoff – NOTE there is a runoff for the District 5 SBOE democratic candidate.
- May 23rd: 09:00 AM, Kids Ride from Bartholomew Splash Pad Parking lot to Pomerleau Park and back along. More details to follow.
- May 26th: Election Day for the Primary Runoffs.
- May 30th: Hope Lutheran’s Spring Festival
