Our Community

Windsor Park is ideally located in the heart of East Austin, bordered by 51st Street to the south, I-35 to the west, Highway 290 to the north, and Manor Road to the east. We’re nestled between the vibrant Mueller community to the south, the established University Hills to the northeast, Pecan Springs/Springdale Hills to the East, and the growing Coronado Hills neighborhood to the north—putting us right in the middle of some of Austin’s most dynamic areas.

On the south edge of the neighborhood is Bartholomew District Park, a 57-acre green space that offers something for everyone. Residents enjoy a scenic disc golf course, picnic shelters, basketball courts, a splash pad, and beautifully updated amenities that make it a true community gathering place. On the north edge of the neighborhood is the Earl J. Pomerleau Pocket Park, with a pavillion, and playscape and small walking track for a quieter park experience.

Central to the neighborhood are a number of restaurants and businesses, as well as an active library branch where there’s always something exciting going on.

Just six miles from downtown Austin, Windsor Park offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. With easy access to bike lanes, major roadways, and public transportation, commuting is simple—whether you’re heading to work, school, or a night out, and we’re actively working to improve the bikeways and walkabilty of the neighborhood.

Windsor Park combines established charm, abundant green space, and a central location, making it one of East Austin’s most welcoming and connected neighborhoods.
