Austin Creative Reuse (ACR) is pleased to announce the return of its sixth annual Spring Reuse Art Market this month. The market will take place on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day at ACR’s creative reuse center at 2005 Wheless Lane in Austin.
The outdoor market will feature unique handmade items from more than one hundred local artists, makers, and creatives over both days, all with a focus on reuse materials and techniques. Vendors will offer a wide variety of handmade goods, upcycled treasures, and vintage finds.
ACR Board President, Carole LeClair, said: “We’re delighted to bring our annual Spring Reuse Art Market back to the community for a sixth year. Come kick off Earth Month with a full weekend of activities supporting small businesses and local makers while finding one-of-a-kind pieces, meeting the artists behind them, and feeling good about knowing you’re being kind to the environment.”
Local food trucks and interactive activities from community partners will be available throughout the market, plus live vinyl sessions from KOOP Radio both days.
The event is free to attend and open to the public. For more information, please visit the Austin Creative Reuse website at austincreativereuse.org.
