Proposed Changes to WPNA Bylaws

Please preview the proposed changes to our Bylaws (select the link) – we will be discussing these and voting at our meeting next Saturday, September 9.

Most of the changes are simple cleanups, but also include the authorization for the creation of rules and procedures for the routine activities of the officers; the re-naming of the Austin Neighborhoods Council delegate to Intra-Neighborhood Organization delegate; authorizing the writing and adoption of an annual budget; and restricting voting membership to residents of the neighborhood.
