Using the arts, architecture, landscaping, and imagination to create or support temporary or permanent spaces that add vitality, beauty and distinction to the neighborhood and/or bring people together

Partnering with the other WPNA committees, when appropriate, to plan events that bring people together for fun, for learning, and for contributing to the betterment of our neighborhood and beyond

Encouraging the sharing of resources, bartering, giving away, buying local
