Central-Northeast Austin Transportation plan moves to next phase
A survey is open now through Jan. 29, 2026
Over the past year, the City of Austin has collected community input on mobility improvement projects in the Windsor Park, University Hills and Pecan Springs/Springdale neighborhoods.
Through surveys, in-person events, online mapping, and advisory group discussions, the community has identified their needs and barriers, highest priority areas of concern and suggest potential solutions. The City of Austin project team, along with the Community Advisory Group and the Technical Advisory Group, has developed draft project recommendations for the Central-Northeast Austin area to address each priority area of concern identified by the community.
We are now asking for your feedback to help:
· Confirm which project recommendations have strong community support
· Identify which improvements are the highest priority to the community
You can take the survey through Jan. 29, 2026
This survey will help inform the final plan. The final recommendations will balance community support and technical feasibility, as well as address the goals of the Central-Northeast Austin Transportation Plan. Questions or concerns? Email us directly at ASMP@AustinTexas.gov.
