Seniors, This One’s for You: Apply for the 2025–2026 WPNA Scholarship!
If you’re a high school senior (or the proud parent of one), this is your friendly neighborhood nudge: the 2025–2026 Windsor Park Neighborhood Association Scholarship is officially open—and we’d love to see you apply.
At WPNA, we believe community isn’t just a word. It’s neighbors showing up for one another. It’s cheering on our local schools. It’s investing in the next generation of leaders, helpers, creators, and changemakers. That means you.
Why This Scholarship Matters
We think community is important—and we want our neighborhood schools to know we support them. This scholarship is one way we put that belief into action.
The committee is especially interested in students who care deeply about giving back. Whether you’ve volunteered, organized, mentored, created, advocated, or simply shown up consistently to make things better around you, we want to hear your story. Big impact or small, what matters most is heart and commitment.
Who Should Apply?
If you’re an eligible high school senior with a connection to our community, you are encouraged to apply. Yes—even if you’re not sure you’re “scholarship material.” (Spoiler: if you’ve worked hard and care about your community, you probably are.)
Parents, this is a great opportunity to encourage your senior to reflect on how they’ve grown and contributed over the years. Sometimes students don’t realize how meaningful their efforts have been until they write them down.
Important Dates
- Applications are open now.
- Deadline to apply: March 31st each academic year.
- Recipients are notified in May.
- Check the scholarship page for any updates or possible application extensions.
Before getting started, please take a few minutes to carefully review the Application Guidelines. They’ll walk you through eligibility, required materials, and what the committee is looking for. A little preparation goes a long way.
Senior year moves fast. Between college applications, prom, exams, and all the “lasts,” it’s easy to let things slip by. Don’t let this be one of them.
If you care about community and have worked to make a difference, the Windsor Park Neighborhood Association wants to support you as you take your next step.
Go take a look at the guidelines—and start that application. We can’t wait to read your story.
